Hourly and fixed prices are different
An hourly rate describes time, not a complete apartment clean. A fixed price should specify the work included. Do not compare the two without asking about duration, rooms, tasks and exclusions. Published prices are not a national market average.
Prepare the scope
Tell the cleaner the approximate size, rooms and priorities. Distinguish regular maintenance from a deep clean or move-out clean. Mention windows, appliances and heavily soiled areas separately. Ask whether the cleaner brings products and equipment, and whether travel is included.
Plan recurring visits realistically
Explain the frequency you want and agree a practical checklist for each visit. A first visit may differ from later maintenance visits, so ask rather than assuming the same duration. Do not interpret a profile as a promise that your preferred recurring slot is free.
Confirm before booking
